The melting tank, working tank and feeder channel need fused cast block, usually fused cast AZS blocks and fused cast alumina block; the superstructure above the melting tank use silia bricks or fused cast blocks; the bottom of melting tank need vibrocast fireclay block. These are the most important zone. Checker bricks need to be used in regenerative chamber, they can base magnesia brick, fire clay brick, fused cast AZS block etc. Insulating bricks are also needed on the exterior of the entire building to reduce heat loss.
