Fused cast magmalox block

Fused cast magmalox block also named fused cast wear-resistance block, or fused cast skid rail block. It is a type of fused cast AZS block, with ZrO2 around 5.5%. Due to its extremely excellent wear resistance, it is typically used as skid rail block in reheating furnace in steel mill. Its production process is same as that of other fused cast products. However, due to the inherent property of AZS 5.5, the quality is difficult to control and the yield is very low. There are only a few factories in the market that can produce on a large scale at a low cost.
